Hi, I'm Becca, and I'm a Pelvic Floor Coach for mommas like you who want to enjoy your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum without pain, leaking, or fear.
In 2012 I was sexually abused by a physician disguising his treatment as “pelvic floor.” He got away with this for decades due to the lack of education and understanding surrounding pelvic floor, even in the medical field.
In 2020 I experienced a devastating birth experience that ended in a C-section, I found myself overwhelmed after the birth of my first baby, wondering why no one had really prepared me for what lay ahead.
Determined to take control of my journey, I decided to become a Pelvic Floor Clinician so I could educate myself and also become a support for moms who have gone through similar experiences.
When I became pregnant with my second baby, I put everything I learned into practice and had a redemptive VBAC at 41 weeks that changed my life - and also my purpose.
Now I teach moms everywhere how to:
