Day 1: Relief + Relaxation

If your body feels tight, achy, heavy, or constantly uncomfortable, this is where we start. You’ll learn why breathing matters more than you think for pelvic pain and pressure, plus one simple movement to help your body finally relax and feel supported again.

Day 2: Support Your Core

Most mommas were never taught how to actually support their core during pregnancy. Learn how to support your growing belly and core without gripping, straining, or feeling more pressure. Today you’ll learn a simple way to better support your belly and pelvic floor so everyday movements can start feeling easier again.

Day 3: Pelvic Floor Support

Stop doing kegels. If you constantly feel pressure, pain, tightness, leaking, or heaviness, doing more kegels could actually be making things worse. Today you’ll learn when your pelvic floor actually needs support and what you can do to help your body feel more balanced and comfortable.

Day 4: Prepare for Postpartum

Most women don’t think about recovery until after baby arrives… when they’re already overwhelmed and hurting. Today you’ll learn one simple postpartum support concept that can help you feel more prepared, confident, and supported heading into birth and recovery.

Day 5: Bring It All Together

By now, you’ll understand your body in a completely different way. Today you’ll combine everything you’ve learned into a simple, realistic routine that supports your body through pregnancy, birth prep, and recovery. Because feeling better shouldn’t have to feel overwhelming.

Hi, I'm Becca, and I'm a Pelvic Floor Coach for mommas like you who want to enjoy your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum without pain, leaking, or fear.

In 2020 I experienced a devastating birth experience that ended in a C-section, I found myself overwhelmed after the birth of my first baby, wondering why no one had really prepared me for what lay ahead.

Determined to take control of my journey, I decided to become a Pelvic Floor Clinician so I could educate myself and also become a support for moms who have gone through similar experiences.

When I became pregnant with my second baby, I put everything I learned into practice and had a redemptive VBAC at 41 weeks that changed my life - and also my purpose.

Now I teach moms everywhere how to:

And recover with strength through holistic pelvic coaching.

How long does the challenge take each day?

Just 5 minutes a day, including videos and movement.

Is this safe during pregnancy?

Yes! The challenge is designed for pregnant and postpartum mommas. As always, check with your provider if you have specific medical concerns.

What if I had a c-section?

You can absolutely participate. The challenge supports both vaginal and c-section recovery.

I’m several years postpartum. Is this still for me?

Yes. Many mommas still experience leaking, pressure, weakness, or pain long after birth.

What kind of pain does this help with?

This challenge may help with pelvic pain, pubic pain, pelvic pressure, leaking, back pain, core weakness, and discomfort with daily movement.

What if I miss a day?

No worries. The goal is consistency, not perfection.

Do I need equipment?

Nope! Everything is designed to be simple and doable from home.

Will this fix everything in 5 days?

This challenge is designed to help you start feeling relief, understand your body better, and build a strong foundation. Many mommas feel improvements quickly, but lasting progress comes from continued support and consistency.

Is this for beginners?

Absolutely. Everything is beginner-friendly and explained step-by-step.

I already workout or do yoga daily. Is this still for me?
